The Prima Pearl Tower, located in the Southbank precinct of Melbourne, Australia, stands at 256 metres in height and is made up of 72 floors. The tower was developed by PDG and Schiavello. It is the sixth-tallest building in Melbourne. The tower is comprised of 667 apartments, swimming pools, spas, lounges, bars, cinema, virtual golf, a sky lounge, and much more. This landmark residential tower added significant value to the beautiful Melbourne skyline.
