PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY

Thank you for purchasing this Wondercap Product. This product has passed through our extensive quality assurance process to ensure it reaches you in high quality condition. However, in the unlikely event that you should experience a problem, or should you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please retain your purchase receipt or invoice as proof of purchase. The Wondercap Company Pty Ltd warrants that this product is free from manufacturing faults or defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.

A detailed Installation Guide is included with all our products. The Wondercap website www.wondercap.com.au includes a ‘How to Install’ page with Installation Guides and Video Guides, including additional installation guides for all constructions. Please ensure installation product instructions and Australian Standards 3500 are adhered to so that your product warranty is not void. Our ‘How to Install’ webpage provides a link to the Australian Standards 3500 for ease of reference during the installation process. We recommend discussing installation strategy for the type of construction where installation is to occur with our Wondercap Team before the installation process begins.

The Manufacturer’s Warranty expressly does not cover loss or damage resulting from improper installation of the Wondercap product, failure of the waterproofing membrane, or the application of unreasonable excessive force to the Wondercap Product, unless required to by law.

To claim the warranty on this product, phone Wondercap Customer Service on 1300 308 205 and ensure you have: 

- Original Purchase Receipt or Invoice; and

- The Wondercap model number.

A Wondercap Customer Service Representative will help you finalise your warranty claim.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Please ensure you follow the installation guides in accordance with the requirements of Australian Standards 3500.

Failure to do so will cause your product warranty to be void.
