Where to Use:
Installed before the concrete is poured / after the floor has been installed.
Fibro cement flooring / timber floor has been installed.
Extra long Puddle Flange for the rebated slab wet areas where that extra bedding height is required.
Standard Tiling Bedding for Wet Areas.
Installation Process:
Install and set the Cast-In Bottom Puddle Flange before the concrete is poured.
Apply the bottom layer of the waterproofing membrane.
Mark, measure, and account for the base and cap "grate adaptor." Cut the Top Puddle Flange to the required bedding height.
Insert the Top Puddle Flange dropper into the Bottom Puddle Flange Base Kit.
Pack around and between the two Puddle Flanges with a structural bedding tile mix.
The flush-fitting puddle flange with the base cap can be raised to meet the tile height.
Install the top layer of the waterproofing membrane around the Top Puddle Flange as required.
